Razor hill in itself is not very difficult. But doing it right after climbing all the waterfalls in the Little Hawaii stream is a bit more of a challenge...
Start with the instructions for Little Hawaii stream, from Po Lam MTR:
Only difference is that at the end, instead of turning left towards all the bus stops, you will be turning right towards Razor Hill Road and walk for 1.2km.
