Waterfall Bay Park on south HK Island

(Updated 2020-12-20)

Duration:

(0.5 kilometer) Between 5 and 15 minutes depending on walking speed.

Difficulty: 0/10.

Cel phone coverage: Everywhere

Water needs: None.

Appreciation: 7/10.  It is a bit dirty. But nice views of the South China Sea and Lamma Island

Transportation:  From Hong Kong MTR station's bus terminus (Exchange Square): NWFB 4 and 4X will get you there (Wah Fu Estate) in 30 minutes. Buses run every day, every 20 minutes. 40x from Admiralty will also get you there, as well as CTB 73, from the Wong CHuk Hang MTR (exit B).

Why it's worth it: This is not a trail, it's a park. But there's a waterfall so if you like them, here ya go. View of Lamma island from the park is nice too. There's a BBQ site if you are so inclined.

------------------------------
No need for fancy directions; from the terminus, a 10 minutes walk to the falls through the park. Enjoy.
